The vacuum pressure sintering system by PVA Löt- und Werkstofftechnik GmbH is available for development projects and small-series production. In a space of up to 240 x 265 mm3 (Dia.xH), components can be dewaxed, vacuum sintered and isothermically redensified under protective gas at up to 100 bars pressure. The system is characterized by uniform temperature distribution in the useful volume, which has a positive effect on the result of end products.
